Exhibition Venue: Hyderabad International Convention Centre (www.hicc.com )

International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence is the main international gatherings of researchers in AI. The twentieth International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence will be held in Hyderabad, India in January 2007. It is being held first time in Asia and Hyderabad has been chosen as venue! The theme of the conference, Artificial Intelligence and Its Benefits to Society, has been chosen to enable the understanding of the existing and potential contributions of AI research and development to the quality of life. Please visit www.ijcai-07.org  for more details. This special call is for organization desirous of exhibiting their publication and Artificial Intelligence applications and demonstrations. We are expecting over 1000 delegates (700 International and 300 Indian).

Details of the Exhibition Stalls
The Exhibition is being held at First Floor, HICC specially designed to accommodate limited stalls for efficient interaction with the participants. The details of each stall are given below:
  • Basic Size – 2 X 3 mtr (6 sq.m)
  • Fascia name – Vinyl letters plotted on white Background
  • Three side partition with two lights 100 watts
  • Plug point 50Amp
  • Two chairs and Info counter
  • Booth carpet, Coat Hanger and Waste paper basket
  • The stall should be manned by a maximum of THREE only

For any additional requirements of exhibitors, the same will be provided at additional cost at HICC.

Stall Rentals
For basic size stall (2 X 3 mtr) with all the above mentioned facilities, the cost is USD $1000 (Rs.40,000) for all four days from 9 to 12 Jan 2007. The stall will be available for occupation at 0700hrs on 9 Jan 2007 and will be vacated at 1800hrs on 12 Jan 2007.

Payment Terms
100% advance against invoice at the time of booking the stall. Please note that the exhibitors are not provided any facility by IJCAI-07 as available to the delegates. In case, they want to avail facilities they have to register as delegates on website www.ijcai-07.org. Hotel Novotel is located in the vicinity of HICC which can be utilized for the accommodation, food etc.,

  • Demand Drafts can be made in favour of ‘IIIT Hyderabad’ payable at Hyderabad, India
  • Cash transfers from any branch of UTI in India to UTI Bank Ltd, NIFT Extension counter, Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500 081, India.
  • Up to 15 Dec FULL REFUND will be given! Between 15 Dec to 8 Jan 2007 50% of the fee. No refunds after 09 Jan 2007.
