*Please note that student rates are only applicable to participants who will have full-time student status on 01 August 2006. A letter verifying this status must accompany all registration forms. Letters must be signed by either a supervisor or head of department. If you register via the website a letter verifying student status must be sent by hard copy to the IJCAI-07 Secretariat and must be carried in person and presented at the time of collecting the registration kit

Accompanying Guests must be registered using the appropriate space on the registration form. Please provide full names of the guests, as all guests will be issued a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception. Please note that entry is not permitted to the Conference sessions for Accompanying Guests

Registration Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be received at the Secretariat by letter, fax or email.
• For cancellations received after 03 December 2006, there will be no refund
• No refunds of applicable taxes will be made
• Bank charges if any will not be refunded
• All refunds will be made after the conclusion of IJCAI-07
