The LAC, with the help of KW Conferences has worked out special concession rates with leading hotels in all categories. Bookings and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date. We recommend early booking, as the city hotels are likely to be very busy.
 

The above rates are inclusive of breakfast. All applicable taxes and transaction charges will be additional. Current rates of taxes are: Luxury Tax – 5% (this is on the published rack rate of the hotel and not on the above specially negotiated conference rates) Service Tax – 4.89% and Credit Card Transaction fees – 2%. The exact amount payable will be advised to participants at the time of booking.

For the convenience of all delegates, shuttle coach transfers has been arranged between all official conference hotels/hostels and the conference venues and the social events.

Airport transfers to all hotels can be arranged on request.  The applicable one way transfer rate is as follows:

Your card will be charged for one night’s tariff (plus applicable taxes) after 3rd November 2006 and after 3rd December 2006, your card will be charged for the entire duration of Hotel booking requested by you.

All above Hotels have their cancellation policy and terms of payment/Refund. Please ensure that you book only if you agree to the following general Cancellation/Refunds policy being ensured by KWC on your behalf.

Hotels Cancellations  & Refunds

• Cancellations must be received at the Secretariat by letter, fax or email.
• For cancellations received on or before 03 November 2006, Bank charges if any will be deducted from any refund issued
• No refunds of applicable taxes will be made
• For cancellations received after 03 November 2006, there will be no refund.
• All refunds will be made after the conclusion of IJCAI-07

B. Hostels Accommodation

The following University/Guest House/Technology Centre Hostels accommodation is available at special rates (ranging from $3 - $75) Rs.100/- - 3,000/-. These will be allotted by LAC-07 Secretariat on a first come first serve basis!

Centralized pick-up by Buses/Vans will be provided on all days for participants to Venue and return. All participants (particularly Students) desirous of availing this facility are advised to give their schedule (duration of booking) and firm requirement by sending advance for full stay at the per day rates.
